1. Increased stability and reliability
All components have been made more resilient in order to resist against targeted malware attacks which are more and more aggressive. This includes, but it is not limited to, the ability to function without many registry keys, better protection against process termination, component deletion and many others.The repair functionality for various malware families has been improved.

2. Decreased resource usage and faster initialization time

AV có thể chặn 1 loại file, chẳng hạn như FLV để khi vào trang web thì không thể xem phim được ko nhỉ?

Mình cũng dùng Avira từ lâu rồi, phải công nhận là nó nhẹ nhàng, dễ xài, key khuyến mãi không bao giờ thiếu, khỏi lo crack. Nhưng gần đây thấy nó làm chậm mạng quá, nhất là làm giảm tốc độ download (đã kiểm tra, thử nhiều lần rồi). Bây giờ chuyển qua sài Microsoft Security Essentials thấy cũng được, nhẹ nhàng, không làm chậm mạng. Không biết các bạn có cao kiến gì không, vì mình thấy MSE hơi ít chức năng.

Theo mình thấy thì Avira không có làm chậm tốc độ lướt web.
Có cái khó chịu là khi mới bắt đầu download và khi download gần xong (99% gì ấy) là tốc độ có vài KB/s hà

Đúng đấy, lướt web k có bị chậm, chỉ là lúc bắt đầu download nó chậm ghê gớm, down mấy file lớn lớn thì k sau còn down file nhỏ rất bực mình.
